PTAS2 Absolute Magnetic Inclinometer

Automated Control Engineering (A.C.E.) and ASM introduce a new, innovative inclinometer series, PTAS2, with ranges from ±15° to ±180° in a robust, IP 68 rated stainless steel housing.

The PTAS2 is an industrial grade sensor that has been tested to withstand the harsh conditions which make it suited for a wide range of applications such as factory automation machines and robotics, mobile cranes, draw bridges, adjustable platforms and off-highway construction equipment.

The PTAS2 series is available with three different absolute analog outputs: 0.5-5 V, 0.5-10V and 4-20mA with a typical resolution of 0.1°. The measurement range is available from ±15° to ±180° in 15° increments. The compact 36 mm diameter housing with servo flange mounting allows for quick and easy installation.

Since the PTAS2 is based upon wear-free, multi-Hall Effect position sensor technology, it offers significantly increased reliability in extreme environments. The PTAS2 is tested to withstand 100 g shocks and 20 g, 10 Hz-2 kHz vibration.
  • Protection class IP67/IP69K
  • Wear free, magnetic measurement principle
  • Redundant second channel as option
  • 336 mm housing

6500 Economy Temperature Controller

Automated Control Engineering (A.C.E.) and West introduce the West 6500 1/16 DIN simplified temperature controller. The 6500 was designed for basic electric heater applications and uses the latest proven technology from the process industry to gain control quickly and stay there. It has a simplified operator interface which makes it easy to use, setup and support, providing reliable quality control.

The 6500 has a single 3 digit display which is designed for maximum visibility. The operator can easily view the actual temperature, set point and alarm value. A green LED indicates that the control is either below, above, or right on the set point. A red LED indicates the alarm status.

The controller comes with a specifically developed tuning algorithm for electric heater applications. This control requires no further tuning in most applications.
  • Large, 3-Digit Display
  • Special Algorithm for Electric Heater Application
  • Combines West’s Pre-Tune and Self-Tune
  • Constant Display of Both Process and Alarm Status
  • Set point Lock Security
  • Optional Alarm Output
  • Supplied Pre-Configured from the Factory

FEAS DC UPS LDR2012

Automated Control Engineering (A.C.E.) and FEAS introduce the DC UPS LDR2012.

The LDR2012 ensures the power supply in case of a mains power failure and prevents the loss of valuable data or the total breakdown of your production line. The LDR2012 provides the operator with power failure notifications and offers remote monitoring, as well as displaying the operating status by LED.

The uninterruptable power supply LDR2012 is encapsulated in epoxy resin, which prevents overheating of the unit, making the UPS usable under tropical conditions and in harsh industrial environments.
  • Safeguard against total discharge
  • Very high storage capacity NiMH-Accus
  • Integrated DC-DC Converter
  • No charger necessary
  • Input voltage (VDC): 18.0 - 50.0 VDC
  • Output voltage: 12 VDC
  • Output current: 1.8 Amp.
  • Operating temperature range: -20°C / +50°C
