Weber Mini Vent-Captor 3505/3022.30

Automated Control Engineering Group (A.C.E.) and weber Sensors introduce the new mini vent-captor to the Australian medical industry. The new mini vent-captor type 3505 / 3022.30 is a remote air flow meter for industrial applications, ideal for small pipe sizes from ID 10 to 15 mm. The measurement of the flow is based upon the calorimetric principle. The vent-captor is completely resin encapsulated, thus rugged, shock and vibration proof.

  • Small pipe diameters
  • Ideally suited to small flow volume
  • Temperature compensated
  • Compact, no additional parts
  • Linear current output 4 -20 mA
  • LED - output display
  • Rugged industrial version
  • ISO 9000 : 2001 certified manufacturing

With a strong history in development of sensors for the medical industry, weber Sensors has developed sensors, such as the mini vent-captor type 3505 / 3022.30, that can measure and document the consumption of medical gases, specifically in the ETAK and the central feed line.

The flow rate in the ETAK is about 50 m/s means 400 ni/min (on request a higher flow rate is possible) with a pipe inner diameter of 13 mm. With bigger pipe sizes weber Sensors installs the inline vent-captor units that cover the measuring range of 0 m/s up to 80 m/s, in reference to normal atmospheric pressure.
