Extension Accessories: Hengstler Stainless Steel Helical Coupling

Automated Control Engineering Group (A.C.E.) in association with Hengstler, introduces the new helical coupling made from stainless steel.

The helical flexible coupling is used for transmitting torque between two shafts while allowing for angular misalignment, parallel offset and even axial motion (of one shaft relative to the other).

The Hengstler helical coupling can withstand temperatures from -50°C … +180 °C, has a maximum clamping torque up to 200Ncm and a maximum speed of 6000 rpm.

Key Features:
  • Heavy Duty stainless steel coupling for harsh environmental condition
  • High torsion spring stiffness
  • Vibration-reducing, optimum compensation of misalignments
  • No moving parts, built from one part
  • Material Stainless Steel 1.4104
Automated Control Engineering Group Pty Ltd (A.C.E.) specialises in the national supply of process and automation control equipment to a diverse range of industries that encompass the water, industrial, food, mining and petrochemical markets.
