These mechanical locking devices have LEDs for AS-Interface and fault conditions as well as separate actuators. With a width of just 40 mm they are perfectly adapted to current door profiles. The robust, rotating head in hardened steel guarantees flexibility and long life.
Reed switches with AS-Interface in compact dimensions of 26 x 36 x 13 (WxLxH in mm) are unique. These integrate perfectly on small doors/flaps, via the cable outlet with M12 connectors.
Transponder systems operate with a reading head and a fixed assigned transponder as an actuator. The large monitoring range renders them insensitive to mechanical tolerances and to door bounce. The unique actuator code offers high security against tampering and enables their use in machines in accordance with category 4/PLe.
Guard locking devices can also be easily closed and activated using the yellow AS-Interface cable. They are 40 mm wide, withstand a tensile load of up to 2,500 N and offer four bright LED indicators with status information. The active door guarding means that there is no unplanned downtime and productivity is increased.
3-position enabling switches have a panic function and enable safe operation for set up and maintenance in the hazardous area.
