Basic Line SU18 series for standard applications is the fastest sensor in its class.The highly visible dual display assists with sensor setup, monitors signal stability, and during operation indicates if a critical function reserve value is reached. The user can easily switch between three operating modes by DIP switch, without additional programming. Exceptional features include the high-speed mode for fast object detection and the high resolution mode for low contrasts.
As part of the SU18 range is the SU18/35 high power fiber optic sensor for remote range applications. The SU18/35 combines the basic unit with high power and a long sensing range of more than 1.5 m, offering the performance of a high-end sensor in a basic model. The sensor is ideal for applications where dirt, grease and grime are present. High performance optics provide functional safety.
